Gradings
All our products are managed by category and each of these has different types of grades. This depends on the purity of the heartwood and the amount of sapwood in each round logs.
EDGE GLUED PANEL (EGP)
TEAKLAM (TKLM)
Grade A: 100% heartwood best face sapwood allowed back face small live knots allowed both faces no pith, decoloration, blue stain, pinholes, crack or dead knots allowed.
Grade Zebra: 0/50% heartwood & sapwood best face. Small live knots allowed both faces no pith, decoloration, blue stain, pinholes, crack or dead knots allowed.
LUMBER
GRADE A: 100% heartwood best face. Back face allows unlimited sapwood. Live knots allowed both sides. No cracks, pith, decoloration, dead knots, pinholes or blue stain.
GRADE B: 70% - 99% heartwood best face. Back face allows unlimited sapwood. Live knots allowed both sides. No cracks, pith, decoloration, dead knots, pinholes, or blue stain.
Grade A: 100% heartwood best face sapwood allowed back face small live knots allowed both faces no pith, decoloration, blue stain, pinholes, crack or dead knots allowed.
GRADE B: 70% heartwood best face sapwood best face up to 30% and back face. Live knots allowed both faces. No pith, decoloration, blue stain, pinholes crack or dead knots allowed.
PROFILED LUMBER
GRADE A: 100% heartwood best face. Back face allows unlimited sapwood. Live knots allowed both sides. No cracks, pith, decoloration, dead knots, pinholes or blue stain.
GRADE B: 70% - 99% heartwood best face. Back face allows unlimited sapwood. Live knots allowed both sides. No cracks, pith, decoloration, dead knots, pinholes, or blue stain.
